Understanding
the mechanics.

Hanna Pashnik

I'm Hanna Pashnik — psychology content creator and educator. I develop digital infoproducts (guides, workbooks), write long-form articles on Substack, and design coaching games — on behavioral patterns, burnout, self-sabotage, and the psychology of how we get in our own way.

My background includes a medical degree (physician, Eastern Europe), an MBA in Psychology and Consulting (Czech Republic), coaching certification, and 17 years as a physician-psychotherapist in clinical practice. That experience informs everything I create — but what I make now is educational, not clinical.
